Try this delicious pasta dish:

Blanch (scald) the mushrooms with boiling hot water and soak for 20 min. Clean the spinach, rinse, blanch in boiling hot salted water for 3 min. and drain well in a sieve. Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Clean and rinse the leek, zucchini and carrots and cut into fine strips. Roast the onions, leeks, meat, zucchini, spinach and the drained mushrooms in the oil for 5 minutes each, put them in a saucepan and keep warm. Make glass noodles in boiling hot salted water for 10 min, rinse when cooled and mix well drained with the remaining ingredients. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and bring to the table on the spot.
