Instructions:

For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in an acid-proof baking bowl. Place in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for one night to allow the flavors to meld.

Mix the meat cubes with the other ingredients in a glass bowl and infuse for 120 minutes, turning to the other side a couple of times.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Spread the meat pieces evenly in a layer on top of each other in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for one hour, turning a few times to the other side in between.

Serve with the lime-horseradish sauce.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
