For the ghost cake, beat the eggs with a food processor for one minute until very foamy. Add the water, beat for another minute, then sprinkle in the sugar and continue beating.

Mix the flour, wheat flour and baking powder and gently fold into the egg mixture with a spatula. Pour the mixture into a large or several (6 were used here) small silicone molds.

Bake at 175 degrees for 20 – 35 minutes, depending on the size of the mold. Test with chopsticks! Let the finished cakes cool a bit and remove from the mold.

Brush with smooth apple jelly and let dry. Roll out white fondant thinly and cover the cakes with it.

Form eyes and mouth with the black fondant, paint blood with the red sugar writing.
