A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Beat eggs and sugar, fold in flour. Allow chocolate and butter to melt together and cool. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture form and stir thoroughly.

Fold in vanilla and pecans. Pour into a greased 24-cm cake pan. Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.

Slimming: use egg and sugar substitutes, possibly omit the cocosette.
