First, the milk is heated a very little bit in a milk jug and foamed until a fine-pored foam forms on the surface of the milk. On top of this, prepare a double espresso. Fill a chilled glass with three to five ice cubes, add the double espresso, form the milk foam in the glass with a tablespoon and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

Serving suggestion: Tastes not only in the summer, just as when it is a little bit cooler “a real pleasure”. Add a long spoon to enjoy the sugar foam.
