Quarter the apples, peel them and remove the core. Coarsely grate the flesh, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon and dust with powdered sugar.

Roughly chop the pink pepper and mix with the vodka under the apple grate form. Allow to infuse for five minutes.

Loosely place the vodka-apple mixture on a teaspoon, place on a plate and freeze in the freezer for thirty minutes.
