For the garlic sauce, peel the garlic and chop or press very finely. Mix lemon juice, yogurt and sour cream together until smooth.

Chop parsley and chives and stir in with garlic. Season with salt, pepper and crushed caraway seeds. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
