Try this delicious noodle dish:

(*) Glass noodle soup Soak the glass noodles in tap water. Drained, chop 4 cm long pieces.

Mix meat, soy sauce and pepper and arrange 1, 5 cm balls.

Lightly roast the crushed peppercorns in a hot frying pan, add the garlic. When a pleasant odor rises, extinguish with the hot bouillon. Pour the meatballs into the broth. Leave to infuse for two minutes, then add the drained glass noodles. Season with sugar and fish sauce.

Cook the meatballs until fork-tender, then serve. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander leaves and spring onions.
