Instructions:

For the Fruity Carfiol Salad, cut the carfiol into roses and grate on the vegetable grater.

Peel the pear and apple, quarter them, remove the core and grate them as well.

Peel banana and cut into slices.

Peel ginger and grate finely.

Coarsely chop walnuts.

For the dressing, mix yogurt with lemon juice, olive oil, grated ginger and spices.

Mix the cauliflower and fruit and spread the dressing on top.

Serve the Fruity Carfiol Salad sprinkled with the chopped walnuts.
