Instructions:

Cut the upper leaves of the pineapple with a sharp kitchen knife, then cut the fruit diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick. Remove the woody stem in the middle with a corer, remove the peel from the slices and cut them in half. 2.

Peel the kiwis thinly and cut into slices. Peel the oranges like apples, removing the white skin completely. Remove the fillets from the skins.

Whip the cream until very stiff, then add 1 tbsp. of the coconut flakes and the vanilla sugar.

Arrange the fruit on a platter, sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes and serve with the whipped cream.

As a menu suggestion:

Entrée: leek soup with salmon ham.

Main course: Pork fisherman with nut stuffing
