Instructions:

Put flour in a large measuring cup. Beat in the egg, add the milk, salt and mix everything into a dough with a thin consistency.

Heat fat in a pan, pour in some batter and swirl the pan so that it is completely covered with batter. Bake pancake until golden brown on both sides, then remove from pan, form into a roll and cut into fine strips. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Serve the pancakes either in a separate bowl or in soup plates and pour soup over them.
