Instructions:

For the tea rolls, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl of the food processor and prepare a smooth yeast dough with the dough hook. Add just enough milk until the dough becomes a smooth not too firm lump.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume. Then knead again and divide into 16 equal parts.

Form each of these into a ball and place on a prepared baking sheet. While doing so, flatten the balls slightly. Brush the dough balls with the remaining milk and let them rise for another 15 minutes.

Then bake the rolls at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Let the finished rolls cool on a cooling rack.
