Clean, rinse and spin dry frisée lettuce. Mix white wine vinegar with olive oil, salt and pepper to make a salad dressing.

Mix sour cream with juice of one lemon, 20 g of keta caviar and the chives cut into rolls, season with pepper and salt.

Dress the frisée with the salad dressing and place on the plates. Spread the sliced salmon and sour cream evenly on top. Sprinkle the remaining caviar over the lettuce.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
