Fried Halloumi in Lime Sauce

Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. peel shallots and chop finely. Rinse mint, shake dry and chop as well. Rinse and dab halloumi, cut into cubes and season with a little cayenne pepper. Rinse lime hot and dab dry, finely grate peel, squeeze juice.

2. Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a frying pan. Roast halloumi cubes in it, turning, for 5 to 7 minutes, remove.

Melt remaining butter in frying pan, add shallots and mint and sauté until shallots are translucent. Add crème fraîche, lime juice and zest; cook, stirring, over high heat until just a tiny bit tender. Stir in cheese cubes and heat through. Serve immediately.

Serve with ribbon noodles.
