Soak the lentils in cold tap water for one night. The following day, drain and bring to a boil in the meat broth. Boil gently on stove for 1/2 hour, skimming a few times.

Remove peel from carrots and celery, chop into very small cubes. Cut bacon and leek into very fine strips. Stir everything into the meat broth 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Cut the sausages into 1 cm slices and heat them with marjoram leaves in the broth. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle on the broth.
