**************Preparation*************** The fish are gutted and scaled. Then they are boiled briefly until the flesh can be easily detached from the bones. Grind the fish meat, add the bacon, parsley and bread rolls (do not use a hand mixer). Add the eggs and the chopped onions (do not press the onions). Now add as many breadcrumbs to the dough so that it can be formed well. Season everything together with pepper and salt (maybe with paprika). Form the flat fish cakes by hand and put them into the hot fat of the frying pan. The delicious fish cakes are served fresh from the pan.
