Clean spinach, rinse and drain. Heat butter, steam spinach in it for 5 minutes until soft, season with salt and season with pepper. Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Drain mushrooms and cut into slices. Toast bread on both sides in the toaster, spread with butter and cover with ham. Place the well drained spinach and mushrooms on top. Lightly salt, cover with cheese and dust with paprika powder.

Bake in the oven on the top shelf for 8-10 minutes.
