Melt the yeast and salt in the water. Stir the butter until creamy. Add the yeast water and the wholemeal flour alternately. Knead the dough thoroughly with a food processor for 5 min. Then cover with a dishcloth and let rise in a warm place for 20 min. Divide the well risen dough into 4 equal balls and press them into patties of 15 cm ø. Place them on the greased and floured baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. At the same time, place a shallow bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Mix 1 egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of water and brush the patties with it. Score the surface in a diamond shape and sprinkle with caraway seeds and salt. Let rise for 15 min. Bake the loaves on the middle rack for 30 to 35 min.

The loaves are not so huge, the 2/3 mass makes about 3 pittagroae flatbreads. In the baking machine enter mass, put on dough and after the progr amm min. 30 min. go.
