For the Flan de Huevo, first prepare the caramel. To do this, heat a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add all the ingredients.

Do not stir the pan or the contents until the sugar starts to take on some color. If the caramel is starting to color nicely and thicken, stir with a wooden spoon.

At this time, remove the caramel from the flame and stir until it has a honey color. Then add a little lemon so that it does not harden so quickly.

Then pour the finished caramel into the bowl in which the Flan de Huevo is prepared.

For the Flan de Huevo, mix the 6 egg yolks with the 3 whole eggs, the sugar and the milk until you get a nice cream and some foam on top.

Then pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel. Pour warm water into a baking dish (where the bowl with the flan fits in) and preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Before placing the dish in the water bath, cover it with aluminum foil. Then put the flan in the oven at 200 °C for about 50-60 minutes. After about 50 minutes of cooking, remove the aluminum foil so that the flan still has some color.

Then test with a spoon if the mass is already stiff, then the flan is ready. Allow to cool to room temperature and turn the flan out onto a suitable plate.
