Instructions:

Stir all ingredients for the crêpes and rest for 20 min.

Remove the peel from the oranges and cut them into small fillets. Cut the skin into narrow strips and blanch very briefly in boiling hot water. Melt sugar with butter in a saucepan, add the skin strips, fillets and orange juice. Cook gently so that the fillets do not fall apart!

Finish the crêpes in butter in a frying pan, pour the orange brandy over them, pinch, toss and add the orange fillet mixture.
