Grind the ready-to-cook filleted fish with whipped cream and egg in an electric hand mixer. Add liquid butter, potato flour and dill. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Butter a high pudding dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour in the fish mixture. Alternatively, you can use an ovenproof dish, which must be covered with aluminum foil.

Cook the fish in a bain-marie in the oven for about 60 to 90 minutes. The water must only boil down, in no case produce. The cooking test with a skewer or possibly knitting needle produce. If nothing sticks, the pudding is cooked.

Let stand a few minutes before serving. Garnish with dill sprigs.

It goes well with a crab sauce.
