For the fish burger, mince or very finely chop the carefully boned fish fillets. Mix in a bowl with egg and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into patties with slightly moistened hands. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Salt and mix with mayonnaise and dill. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the cucumbers in and fry them on both sides. Remove and keep warm. Meanwhile, cut the hamburger buns in half and toast the cut sides. Spread the cucumber mixture on the bun bottoms and place the fish patties on top. Cover each with a lettuce leaf and place the tops on top. Press down lightly.
