Fish sweet and sour Plaah Priau Wan

Preparation approx. 30 min.

Wash fish, dry and cut into strips about 2 x 2 cm. Mix fish with cornstarch, soy sauce and a little bit of pepper and stand. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and the vegetable onion into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and add the fish. Fry the fish for about 3-5 minutes, remove from the wok and set aside. Add the onion to the frying pan or wok and fry. Add the tomatoes and fry briefly. Then add the fish and stir. Finally, add fish sauce, white wine vinegar, sugar and tomato ketchup and heat.
