Fish Stew with Green Sauce

Instructions:

Chop onion and garlic, quarter tomatoes and potatoes. Cut peppers into strips, zucchini into slices. Cut fish into slices, sprinkle with juice of one lemon and salt. Finely chop the kitchen herbs.

Sauté onions in oil until soft. Add garlic and tomatoes after 5 minutes and sauté for another 5 minutes, season. Pour water (1), add potatoes and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

About 10 min. before the end of the cooking time, add the fish, peppers, zucchini and half of the kitchen herbs. Serve sprinkled with herbs.

Put white bread in the soup cups, pour clear soup over it, sprinkle with chopped mint.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
