Instructions:

Dice salmon, prepare with salt, cream, egg and pepper to a farce (weighed or possibly mashed).

Put the spinach on the rolled out puff pastry form, spread with half of the farce, put the fish fillets on top, seasoned with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon, spread with the remaining farce and roll up in the puff pastry. Bake for twenty minutes at 180 degrees.

For the sauce: sauté the onions in butter, add the mushrooms, extinguish with white wine and cook a little. Cook with the cream to a creamy sauce, season and add the kitchen herbs.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
