Instructions:

Try this delicious pasta dish:

For the fish seasoning mix in a hand mixer with five tablespoons of water.

Make, not too long so that everything remains nice and firm together. Drain and remove from the fish the perhaps the skin and bones.

Separately, soften the glass noodles briefly in very hot water (about 5 minutes). Then drain well and cut into two centimeter long pieces. In a frying pan with a little bit of oil, fry the pressed garlic, fish and shrimps on a low flame. Add the chermoula, mix, then add the noodles and the chopped coriander, parsley and a little bit of saffron water. Stir carefully with two beaten eggs so that the fish does not fall apart.

Brush three pastry sheets with butter and place one on top of the other in the tart springform pan. Put a little bit of the fish mixture on top of it, repeat this process twice, then stick the pastry lid on the pastilla with a little bit of egg yolk. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven on the middle shelf.
