A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Rinse fish fillet and put through the coarse disk of the meat grinder.

Soak the bread rolls, squeeze them and put them through the meat grinder as well. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the anchovy fillets. Heat light butter in a frying pan and sauté onions for 3 minutes. Knead the fish with the rolls, onions, paprika, egg, anchovies, chili seasoning, salt and pepper to a dough. Rinse and chop the parsley. Rinse and chop the dill.

Knead both into the dough.

Shape the mixture into an oblong loaf and turn it over in breadcrumbs. Place the minced roast in a greased baking dish and drizzle with the liquid light butter. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and roast the minced roast in it for 40 min. After 20 minutes of roasting pour 1 cup of sour cream over the roast. Put the roast on a plate and add 0.1 l of water to the fish stock. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and thicken the sauce. Add the paradeis pulp and let the sauce bubble up. Gently bubble the sauce while stirring for 2 min. until the sauce starts to thicken. Pour the sauce over the roast and bring to the table.

Tastes exceptionally good with fresh cucumber salad.
