Preheat the stove to 250 °C. Dice the fish fillet, rub with salt and juice of one lemon and place in an ovenproof dish. Dice the onion, press the garlic through a press and sauté both in the hot oil until light yellow.

Add the nuts and the spices. Roast everything for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer the sauce on low heat for 10 to 15 min until slightly thickened. Pour the sauce over the fish cubes and simmer in the stove for 10 to 15 min.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
