For the fillet with ratatouille, cut the meat into fine strips.

Remove seeds from peppers, wash and chop.

Brown the meat in hot oil. Season with pepper and salt. Add peppers and stew. Peel garlic and chop finely. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook for about 15 min in a closed saucepan over low heat. Stir from time to time. Just before serving, mix chopped herbs into the fillet with ratatouille.
