For the beef fillet, clean the pepper and mash it finely. Stir the finely crushed pepper into the sesame oil and the 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Place the beef tenderloins in the marinade and let them sit for a few hours.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices.

Let the butter caramelize with the sugar and honey in a pot on the stove. Season with salt and ginger powder and add the orange juice.

Take the beef fillets out of the marinade, pat them a little dry with kitchen paper and then fry them on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes in hot sunflower oil.

Add the kiwi slices to the orange caramel and heat through. Serve the sauce with the fillet.
