Instructions:

For the fillet of beef with cassava dalers on coconut-pepper sauce, salt and pepper the fillet of beef. Sear in a pan over high heat and place in the preheated oven for approx. 5 minutes (approx. 220 °C). Then remove and let rest in a warm place.

For the cassava dumplings, mix the cassava cubes with diced onion, some finely chopped pak choi, salt, pepper, chopped basil, egg and flour. Shape into patties, fry out in olive oil and also leave to cook in the oven.

Cut the remaining pak choi in half, sauté in butter and season with salt and pepper.

For the coconut-pepper sauce, heat half of the coconut milk with paradeis pulp, whipping cream, diced bell pepper, salt, bell pepper, season with curry and cayenne bell pepper and puree.

Arrange the beef fillet with cassava dalers on coconut-pepper sauce and serve with the sautéed pak choi.
