Cut the fillet into small cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cut tomatoes into slices, mushrooms as well.

Spread out the Römertopf with the slices of ham. Now evenly distribute the seasoned meat cubes, the mushrooms and the tomatoes in the pot. Stir the whipped cream with the chopped garlic, the herbs and the tomato ketchup. Pour everything over the meat. Cook in a cold oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
