Instructions:

For the filling, cream butter, juice of one lemon and anchovy paste. Add cream cheese, chopped dill, whipped cream and cheese and mix well.

Lay salmon slices out flat.

Spread the cream cheese filling over the salmon slices, preferably with a piping bag.

Roll up the salmon slices and garnish with dill.
