Instructions:

Stir dough ingredients, let swell for 30 min. Peel bananas, brown lightly on all sides in hot fat, wrap with bacon. Bake four pancakes from the dough in hot clarified butter. Place bananas on top, roll up. Place in a greased gratin dish.

Stir the remaining ingredients and pour over the pancakes. Bake at 200 °C for approx. 20 min. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
