Have fun making this mushroom dish!
For the pancakes:
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Sift the flour over them and mix well together. Fold in the milk. Put some oil in a frying pan, fry the pancake mixture in small portions to form thin pancakes and set aside.
For the sauce:
Melt the butter in the frying pan, add the flour and extinguish it leisurely with the hot milk, stirring heartily to make a smooth sauce. Simmer gently for 3 minutes. Mix in the cheese and remove from the heat.
For the filling:
Melt the butter with the garlic clove in a frying pan. Add the squeezed and chopped mushrooms and the ham cubes and cook for a few minutes until soft. Remove the pan from the heat, add the egg and the cheese. Add some of the white sauce.
Spread a little of this filling on each pancake, roll it up and place it in a buttered baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and put it in the oven heated to 180 °C until a golden crust forms (approx. 15 min).
