For stuffed baked apples, pour liqueur over the raisins and marinate for min. 15 min. Wash the apples. Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius.

Stone the apples with an apple corer and place them in an ovenproof gratin dish.

Mix the marzipan with the apricot marmalade, add the chopped almonds and the soaked raisins. Season with cinnamon and ginger.

Pour wine over the apples and fill the mixture into the apple openings. Cover the filling and the top of the apples with butter flakes and bake Stuffed Baked Apples in the oven on the middle rack for about 30 to 35 minutes.
