For the feta omelet with peas, whisk the eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder.
Stir in the peas and pour the mixture into a pan with heated oil. Chop the feta and spread it on the omelet.
Let it set in the oven at 175°C for 15 minutes. Serve the feta omelet with peas garnished with washed, plucked basil leaves.
