Feta in Sesame Honey Coat

For the feta in sesame-honey coating, first cut the feta into square sticks.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Grate the zest of the lemon, squeeze the lemon.

Wash the mint, dab dry and chop finely.

Mix both with the honey and the sesame seeds to a smooth, viscous mixture.

Place the feta sticks in a greased ovenproof dish and cover with the sesame-honey mixture.

Bake the feta in the sesame-honey coating for only about 5-10 min. in the oven and let it cool down a bit, so that the honey can solidify again a little.
