Try this delicious cake recipe:

Beat eggs with water and honey in a food processor until creamy (then there is no need to separate the eggs). Mix flour with baking powder, salt and vanilla powder and then gently fold into the amount form. Immediately pour into a greased springform pan lined with baking paper. Put into the oven heated to 180 °C, lowest shelf, and bake for about 35-40 min. If necessary, cover after half the baking time.

Spread the finished biscuit base with melted chocolate (cooking chocolate). Boil morello cherries with a little juice and sugar (your choice) and thicken to syrupy consistency. Cover the biscuit base with it. Cool well.

Chop the Rocher balls into small pieces. Whip the cream with cream stiffener and sugar and fold in the chopped Rocher mixture. Top the cake with it.

Instead of Ferrero Rocher, you can also use another nut brittle chocolate.
