For the fennel cake with Gorgonzola, preheat the oven to 220°C degrees (top and bottom heat). Wash and clean the fennel and cut into slices. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche, salt, pepper and chili.

Place the puff pastry on two baking sheets and spread with the sour cream mixture. Spread the fennel on the pastry and cut the blue cheese into pieces first and then place it on the pastry as well. Sprinkle the pine nuts at the end and bake the fennel cake with gorgonzola for about 15 minutes until the dough is crispy.
