Farfalle with Mushroom Sauce

Instructions:

Salt the pasta water and put it on. Cut the bacon into strips.

Fry the bacon in a saucepan over low heat, then add the finely diced onion and carrot and also fry the chopped champions. If the bacon does not release enough fat, add some more oil to the pot.

When everything is nicely browned, add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Add thyme and about half of the chopped parsley and simmer. Season with chili salt to taste.

Cook the pasta and serve with the sauce.

Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
