Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Heat oil and butter in a high-walled frying pan. Sauté onion and zucchini in it, add bell bell pepper. Then add tomatoes and peas, season strongly with oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper. Steam at a low temperature for 10-15 minutes, the vegetables should still be al dente.

Cook the pasta al dente, drain well, add to the vegetables in the frying pan.

Mix carefully for 1-2 min at a low temperature.

Stir in the parmesan, sprinkle with parsley and bring to the table.
