Preparation

1. cut the meat into strips and marinate. Leave to stand for one day 2. prepare small bowls for additional dishes.

3. mash avocado and season with salt, pepper and garlic (guacamole) 4. grate cheese 5. dice half tomato, chop half garlic, onion, cilantro, red and green chilies and season everything with a pinch of sugar and salt. Sauté ingredients, stirring occasionally. (red/green salsa) 6. chop half tomato, onion and cilantro and mix (pico de gallo) 7. rinse bell bell pepper and broccoli and cut into strips. Dice onion, mince garlic 8. fry meat and vegetables together with a little bit of oil in frying pan 9. spread sauce on tortillas and fill with meat, vegetables and cheese.
