Creation of 4 tablespoons of liquid caramel: Make the water as well as the sugar until the water has evaporated and the sugar has a golden yellow color.

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and lightly toast them in a non-stick frying pan.

Peel the apples and cut them into narrow slices. ‘Drizzle these with lime juice to keep them bright.

Cut pomegranate in half and scoop out seeds with a spoon. Collect the juice.

Cut papaya in half, remove black seeds and form balls with a small spoon.

From parchment paper, cut two rectangles about 25 cm wide and 40 cm long. Spread the fruit evenly on the two strips.

Drizzle caramel over the fruit. Spread hazelnuts evenly over the top.

Close paper rolls. Cook in 220 degree oven for 5 minutes. Serve with coconut ice cream.
