Instructions:

Clean the fruit, peel, core or scrape out the pulp. Cut everything into slices.

Soak gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes. Put fruit on with the wine, sweeten with honey. Cook briefly until the fruit is soft but does not lose its texture.

Squeeze the gelatine well, let it melt in the broth. Then cool slightly and transfer to a suitable bowl, then put in the refrigerator. Bring to the table nicely decorated with mint.
