Instructions:

1. meat rinse, dry, cut into narrow strips.

2. peel pineapple, cut into rings, then into pieces

3. put hominy in a sieve, rinse and drain

4. drain pumpkin pieces through a sieve

5. rinse parsley, dry, chop leaves finely.

6. heat oil in a frying pan, fry the meat until crispy

7. add the fruit and hominy, season with salt, cayenne pepper and the green pepper sauce. Cover and steam a little bit

8. add parsley to the frying pan at the end

9. bake the tortillas in a hot, ungreased frying pan.

10. put them on a board and fill them with meat mixture, roll them up and garnish with sour whipped cream and avocado dip.
