Instructions:

For the elderberry puree, remove the stems from 5 kg of elderberries and boil them without water for 20 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla bean and cook for another 20 minutes.

While still hot, pour into sterilized jars and seal the elderberry puree tightly in the jars.
