Grate the biscuits, (works well with nut grater) then mix with the grated nuts and gradually add the eggnog, always checking that the amount is not too soft.

If you can form small balls, the mixture is correct.

Cover the balls ( 3 cm ø) with the cooking chocolate melted in a water bath – and a little coconut fat diluted.

Who finds it visually nicer, can decorate the balls just as still with brown chocolate ( also melted and diluted with coconut fat ) and a homemade small piping nozzle.

Dry and put in small paper cups, keep cooled.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result tastes!
