For the egg mice, hard boil the eggs in about 10 minutes. Wash the radishes, halve them and cut them into thin slices.

Wash the chives and cut them into pieces about three cm long. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

Cut the eggs in half and put them on a plate. Using a knife, make two cuts in the front third of the egg halves for the ears. Make one cut in the egg halves for the chive tail.

Tuck the radishes and chives into the cuts, place two dabs of mayonnaise where the eyes should be, and top with the peppercorns.

Place the egg mice on a plate around the cheese pieces and serve.
