For the eggnog cake, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Slowly add oil and eggnog and stir.

Sift flour, potato flour and baking powder onto the mixture and stir in. Stir until a smooth dough is formed.

Grease a cake pan generously and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake the eggnog cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
